Returns and Refunds

  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
  • But you can reject the goods and return them to us and choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is where the item;
    • Has a problem that would have stopped a customer from buying the item if they had known about it in advance.
    • Is unsafe.
    • Is significantly different from the sample or description.
    • Doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be fixed.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to keep the goods and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
  • If the problem is not major and is fixable, we reserve the right to fix the product within a reasonable time. If it is not fixed in a reasonable time, you can again reject the goods and return them to us and choose a refund or replacement as above.
  • Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
  • If you are seeking a refund or exchange, please return the goods to us in the original packaging if possible.
